Bernie was a remarkable person whose
kindness was truly limitless. He always
stepped up to help, playing an essential
role in the successful launch of our
tournament. His tireless pursuit of
donations was crucial, as he actively
engaged with the community to rally
support. Moreover, he captured
breathtaking action shots of the players
with his impressive long lens camera. As a
reliable confidant, he offered invaluable
guidance and encouragement. His absence
leaves a significant void, and we are
thankful for the wonderful memories he
created.
JODY GOLINOWSKI
I had the pleasure of meeting Jody three years ago when she reached out to us during our event in Dorchester. She expressed her enthusiasm for our cause and committed to participating the following year. Last year, Jody played in our tournament at the courthouse, and in the lead-up to the event, she generously brought donations from local businesses. We also met with her and her sister Shannon to reassure them that Jody's safety was our top priority. Their warmth and kindness made it clear how much they valued being part of our community. Shannon shared that Jody lived actively, always on the move, always involved and showing up for others.
